EDI Specialist/Oracle Developer (Vonore, Tennessee) - Maintain and operate Electronics Data Interchange (EDI) system including, map creation and modification, and partner setup. Perform Oracle database administration including system backup, recovery, and tuning. Develop and maintain JTEKT Tennessee in-house ERP system CIIM (ERP-Enterprise Resources Planning) using Oracle forms/reports and C++ programming language. Provide technical support related to EDI systems. Develop and support JTEKT Texas ERP system using JD Edwards applications and reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of experience working within IT industry. The applicant must have professional experience in: EDI operation and maintenance; operating and maintaining Gentran EDI server including map creation/modification, and new partner set up; Oracle forms/reports, C++ programming skills to support in-house ERP system (CIIM); computer software/hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; performing Oracle database administration-backup, recovery, tuning; and support/maintain in-house barcode scanning program; and configure/install scanning program on company’s wireless handheld scanners.
